  • The Platform is owned by PRABAKARAN KRISHNAN, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 343-B, Krishna Illam, Thalaivasal, Salem, Tamil Nadu – 636112, India (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with the Platform Owner. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected.   • All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
